The Vanuatu Meteorological Service provides services for international Air Navigation as detailed in ICAO Annex 3.

The aviation meteorological services provided are as follows:

  • Routine observations of airports (METAR);

  • Special observations (SPECI);

  • Terminal Aerodrome Forecast (TAF);

  • Area Forecasts;

  • Trend Forecasts;

  • Route Forecasts (ROFOR); and

  • Pilot Briefing Service.
