Air Vanuatu has check-in desks, a ticket sales office and domestic cargo handling facilities in the terminal.

Unity Airlines provide a check-in area for their exclusive use.

The local Shefa Council has instituted a VT 200 departure tax for all domestic passengers.

FLIGHT ANNOUNCEMENTS

Flight departure announcements are generally made over the public address system.  

Passengers with impaired sight or hearing should advise airline staff when checking-in that they require assistance with flight information.

An ice cream kiosk is situated inside the entrance of the domestic terminal.

Unity Airlines offer a wireless internet connection for passengers.

LEFT LUGGAGE

Left luggage facilities are provided for exclusive use of passengers. Luggage will be screened and stored in the adjacent freight terminal at a cost of VT 200 per item.

LOST PROPERTY

Any lost property found within the domestic terminal can be claimed from the Aviation Security office. Duty free items found in the lounges will be passed onto Vanuatu Customs. Passengers who lose their passports should contact the Aviation Security or airline staff. Perishable goods will be destroyed immediately by Quarantine staff. 

Please contact the airline you have travelled with directly for any items left onboard an aircraft.

MEDICAL SERVICES & FIRST AID 

                  First Aid facilities are available from the Aviation Security staff.

                 Passengers or visitors requiring medical attention whilst in the terminal area should advise the Airports Vanuatu Customer Services staff who will arrange for the appropriate medical services.

A phone-card telephone is situated inside the terminal. 

Phone cards are available from Customer Services staff in the Airports Vanuatu Limited reception desk during office hours Monday – Friday 0800 – 1700 hours.
